Medisoft Network Professional is designed for offices with two or more computers network environment. This software allows users to share data locally or Remotely (multiple locations) and maximize operational efficiency. You must purchase the license user separately for Medisoft Network Professional. This product gives you all the features of the Medisoft Advanced Patient Accounting with some additional comprehensive features to address complex issues facing larger practices. You can store photos, insurance cards, sound, video in patient record. Assess the financial health of your practice and show productivity trends. You can track activities by insurance, physician, service and facility for analytic comparisons and insights. Quick messaging on your network puts users in contact regardless of their location. You can manage your patient accounts across an unlimited number of users and patients from one or multiple locations. Enhance reporting with more than 300 reports – reporting has never been better

Medisoft Reports (formerly Focus Reports) – Medisoft includes more than 200 integrated reports that give unparalleled information on a wide variety of topics including managed care plans, in-depth financial information, marketing statistics, service facility financial information, templates to export data for use in other software and the ability to run custom reports.

An optional Professional modules offers more than 300 reports, charts and graphs. It also includes a report server that enables reports to run at scheduled times and be delivered via e-mail.

Enchanced Clinical Date Integration
  • Enhanced Clinical data integration between Medisoft v16 and Medisoft Clinical-Patient demographics include expanded fields such as cell phone number.  Libraries such as Provider, Referring Provider, Facility, Insurance Carrier, Procedure Code, and Diagnosis Code are automatically populated in Medisoft Clinical from your already configured practice management system.  Appointment status updates flow from Practice Management system to EMR and back.

  • Missed Co-pay Remainder Statement—Missed co-payments are now reflected as part of a patient’s balance on the remainder statement.
  • Write-off Option—A new filter enables users to limit a search to statements that have been sent a certain number of times when segmenting statements for smallbalance write-offs.
  • Statement Management Remainder Balance—The Statement Management grid has been expanded to show the remainder balance, making it easy to identify accounts with balances.

    Usability
  • Chart Number Hot-key—All windows that contain a chart number selector now feature a hotkey that when pressed automatically populates the chart number for the past patient accessed.
  • Default Printer Option—A menu item has been added to launch a new Default Printer dialog window to make it easier to change default printers.
  • Improved Sorting—Various new sorting options display sorts in descending order, enable users to change sorting order by clicking on a column heading, and/or save the last sort on a per-workstation, per-login basis.
  • Quick Ledger Edit Option—Quick Ledger now enables users to modify existing notes and create new ones.
  • Rejection Code Hot-key—New/Edit hot-key functionality has been added to the Rejection Code field in the Apply Payments to Charges screen.
    Scheduling
  • Print Blank Superbills—Users can now print blank superbills for walk-in patients.
  • Future Appointment Warning—If an appointment is entered or edited for a patient who already has a future appointment scheduled, an indicator message will warn the user
    of a prior scheduled appointment.
  • Phone Numbers in Appointment Entry—Both the home and cell phone numbers for patients are now shown in the Appointment Entry window.
  • Blank Appointment Indicator— Users are now able to show or hide blank appointments in the Office Hours Appointment List.
